Bringing Innovation to a tradition-based sector
Understanding where the industry is now and adapting for the future
The ProjEcon aim is to shake up the traditional approach taken in decommissioning by recognising an ever growing and significant gap in the industry by diversifying the replenishing workforce.
About Us
Building upon nuclear sector traditions
With a collective skillset of over 70 years of nuclear project experience ranging across the spectrum of UK nuclear sites from nuclear fuel production plants to high intensity decommissioning projects (including reactor segmentation).
Where ProjEcon began
Challenging the status quo
The idea of Projecon began in 2019 when three like minded engineers decided that their knowledge and experience should be available to more than one client in order to deliver quality projects faster.
Over the past 12 months we have expanded our Mechanical Engineering team by recruiting four highly skilled engineers from outside of the Nuclear Industry which we are building upon their existing engineering skillset to work within the nuclear sector. Our new employees have come from such backgrounds as defence, sub-sea, complex industrial vehicles and onshore piping and gas sectors.
